TechSherpas 365 has an opening for a Business Operations Specialist to join our growing team.Ìý This person will work closely with nationwide government agencies to establish IT certification training programs.Ìý These programs are designed to assist individuals develop relevant skillset and credentialing to secure high-demand technical jobs.Ìý Additionally, this role involves planning, coordinating, and applying expertise in determining training and learning needs for new and current clients, along with distribution and proper operation of course materials, computing equipment, licenses, hardware devices, and software applications related to the training.Ìý

Essential Functions:Ìý

  • Manage Workforce vendor application processesÌý
  • Facilitate cross-channel feedback from clients, individual contributors, and senior leadershipÌýÌý
  • Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be madeÌý
  • Design and maintain clear operational guides, work instructions, and processes to ensure consistency of operationsÌý
  • Manage operations and related costs necessary to achieve goals of training projects and activitiesÌý
  • Research and gather required data to evaluate training objectives, goals, and scope of training projects and technical specificationsÌý
  • Estimate level of effort, resource and infrastructure demands required to successfully implement training projects and activitiesÌýÌý
  • Coordinate distribution of training activity content and technical materialsÌý
  • Coordinate the strategic planning process for the development and implementation of integrated strategic plans, policies, and processesÌý
  • Manage, analyze and report training activity and course enrollment analytics, monitor progress, identify enrollment variances, and negotiate and implement a change management planÌý
  • Serve as interface and liaison for the client community, internal sales and business development teamÌýÌý
  • Develop and establish appropriate communications and manage a proactive approach to information dissemination to all levels of the organizationÌý
  • Examine and evaluate best practices of other departments, governments, agencies, or private sector organizations for potential departmental process improvementsÌýÌý

Education and Experience:ÌýÌý

  • High School Diploma/GED (minimum)
  • 1+ years experience in operations, project management, or supply chain rolesÌý
  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office suites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.Ìý

ÌýPreferred Additional Skills/Education:Ìý

  • Associates or Bachelors degreeÌý
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationÌý
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) PlatformÌý
  • Experience with Microsoft Power PlatformÌý
  • 1+ years experience with basic profit and loss reportingÌý
  • 1+ years experience applying Six Sigma process improvement methodologyÌý
  • Six Sigma Green belt certificationÌý
